 At &Joi, our Body Silks are crafted to elevate the fragrance experience. They are formulated to condition the skin so that scent layers beautifully and lasts longer. When applied alone, they leave a refined, intimate impression — close to the skin, warm, and inviting. When layered beneath your fragrance, they amplify depth and longevity, creating a signature that feels intentional and complete. 

 An Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated and luxurious form of fragrance. Unlike lighter formulations such as eau de parfum or eau de toilette, an extrait contains a higher percentage of pure fragrance oils, creating greater depth, richness, and longevity.

Because of this concentration, the scent unfolds slowly and intimately. It sits closer to the skin, warming and evolving throughout the day rather than projecting loudly. The experience is more personal, more intentional — a fragrance that becomes part of you rather than something that simply lingers around you.

Only a small amount is needed. A single application delivers lasting presence, refined complexity, and a smoother, more velvety finish.

 For an optimal experience:
Spray on pulse points: wrists, behind the ears, or base of the neck.
Hold the bottle about 30 cm (12 inches) from the skin for a fine mist.
Avoid rubbing wrists together, which can alter the scent’s evolution.

Avoid delicate fabrics to prevent staining.
Do not spray directly into eyes, mucous membranes, or irritated skin.
If you have sensitive skin, perform a test on the inside of your wrist. 

 All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. All packages are shipped via USPS, and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time. Delivery timelines vary based on destination, and estimated arrival dates will be provided through USPS tracking once the package is in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed; however, you may contact us immediately if an adjustment is needed prior to shipment. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting USPS directly to initiate a claim or locate the package, and our support team is available should you need additional assistance. 

 All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, and in order to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and product integrity, items cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions carefully prior to purchase to ensure their selection aligns with their preferences. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we may review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed; however, if you need assistance shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help prior to shipment. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and customers should contact USPS directly to initiate a claim if necessary.
